blog post 1

I saw sociology when I was at a track meet. Towards the end of every meet all the teams gather at seperate corners for the final race to cheer on their team mates. Its a special thing to see everybody support each other. I think this shows functionalism because without the support of each other, any team would eventually fail or break down. Everybody does their part and works hard to push each other to do better.

Who am I?

My name is David. I am in track and field but I play all kinds of sports outside of school. I'm pretty smart but really lazy. On top of palying sports, I love watching them too. Football, soccer, basketball, and track. I don't really like baseball though. I'm in my senior year of high school and ready to go to college and major in nursing. Im a big movie fan and Spiderman is my hero and I also love cartoons. The biggest influences in my life are my parents. My goal in life is to become a nurse and maybe even a doctor, travel to many different countries and to have lots of stories to tell when I'm older.
